- Tell you if we see something or know something you should or would want to know about the home you are considering buying
- Never pressure you
- Treat your money as our own and always negotiate professionally yet aggressively on your behalf
- Be present at your home inspection
- Help you interpret the home inspection results and work with you and your attorney for an equitable resolution of issues
- Be present at your pre-closing walk-through inspection
- Be present at your closing celebration
- Always return your phone calls within 24 hours (except Sundays)
- Always say "We don't know" if we don't know. Never make up an answer. Make our best effort in obtaining answers to your questions
- Outline your choices and options, but never tell you what to do
